Project Overview
The project was to make an acupressure mask using acupressure spikes for facial massage and relaxation, the spikes have an ultraviolent emitter in the center to create an extra soothing effect giving you a shiny blemishless skin.
Challenge
The main challenge was to design the spikes in a way that doesn't cause discomfort to the skin and the fixation of the spikes with the UV bulb while keeping everything in a close fit manner.
Solution
We came up with a triple sandwich design in which the center of the spike holds the UV LED and the circuitry was sophisticated to ensure the mask stays flexible while catering for every part functional.

We took idea from acupressure mask team and put up detailed sketches before starting 3d CAD
3d CAD & Modelling
We came up with a unique idea mask which is totally functional and design optimized. The overall look was premium to fit the high end beauty market.
Design for Manufacture
Our design expertise enabled us to deliver a part to part 3d drawings and files for client to easily 3d print and test everything out.
Prototyping
Our design is made in a way that it is really easy to 3d print to show the technical application of your idea.
